Baseball
The CFL
Video games - particularly when adults talk about video games. Exception would be someone who makes money doing so.
Anything fiction
Reality TV/celebrities
Religion - file under fiction?
The weather - yes, I too looked out the window and/or went outside and experienced something completely out of my control. Also, by choosing to live in a place far from a major body of water, temperature fluctuations should not be surprising.
Climate change - I'm not a denier but no interest in discussing
Most political discourse - largely two sides who each believe they are the voice of reason arguing when in reality both sides are completely irrational fanatics

Game threads - "nice shot", "good hit", "how is that not a penalty?"...why would I want to read play-by-play when I'm watching/listening to the game?
Around the League - I've never read one because I don't give a #### what other teams' fans think (to be clear, nothing against the poster)

cooking; recipes and foodstuff.

I have a couple of friends who love to cook, and they make some tasty meals, but once they start talking about recipes and wondering about mixing in a different ingredient to add to it or change it. Just shoot me right there, might as well be speaking another language to me.

"do you think a gouda would balance out the flavor?"
"oh yes it might, or you could try adding a little blah blah blah"
which goes on for what feels like an eternity... every single time
It's chicken breast pieces in cheese sauce (completely made-up example of what I imagine adults eat)

I like food, it sustains you, many kinds taste great.

But the "foodies" I know who can go on FOREVER about a restaurant or dish they made lose me very quickly.

Oh neat, yes I've tried that dish..

it's a tasty one..

mhm, I bet it was real tender, and scrumptious..

oh okay. You're still throwing words out there to describe it, but I got the idea pretty well already from what you told me it was..

I mean you're just making yourself hungry doing this so why..

Oh cool you used that as a segue into another dish/restaurant..

(Don't tell them though)

"adults talking about video games" lol, that's like most boomer thing I've heard thus far in this thread.

Photography. I hate having my picture taken and I hate wasting time to have staged family photos done. I'm also not interested in seeing countless pictures of nature scenes or skylines from amateur photographers. One of the worst things I see occasionally on Facebook though is people who take pictures of themselves with their photography gear. I know one person who is so obsessed with photography and cameras that she is posing with a camera in every one of her pictures. I honestly think that she sleeps with her cameras.

Why don’t you like photos of yourself?

Do they take away your power?

I'm eastern European and in general we just don't really have a high propensity towards wanting to be the subject of photographs. And if we are forced to be in a picture you can be sure that we aren't flashing a smile.

It's definitely cars for me. Which is weird because I've recently really gotten into F1 and MotoGP, and the stuff they're doing with those cars is absolutely fascinating to me. But some random gearhead telling me how much horsepower he has in his new, sweet truck or whatever is generally just going to draw a blank stare from me.

Advanced stats. I don't get them, I don't want to try and get them.

Current events. I don't want to be up to the minute with a highly politicized play by play.

Longue durée or GTFO

Growing up in growing up in rural Alberta, I have had to fake interest in too many conversations about trucks. At this point I have it down to a science.

Beer, craft beer, non alcoholic beer, breweries

I find wine slightly more interesting and I detest it
