Faceoffs are something centers do, but they're not the exclusive domain of centers.

Schenn did play SOME center in the 2019 playoffs. Lindholm did not, yet took almost as many or more faceoffs as Monahan on our team last year.

Herein (bolden part) lies the “nuance”. I believe he played a lot of center in the playoffs and during the regular season.

Not sure how we can resolve that.

I think the obvious solution is for both of you to go back and re-watch the Stanley Cup playoffs, and to each independently clock and compare Sundqvist’s and Schenn’s turns centring the second line.
