first United game in a month, and it's against Haaland and friends ... not feeling great about this one. Martial is fit and on the bench for United, Rodri misses out for City after picking up a calf injury in training.

This is just one of those defeats that you have to accept as part of the schedule.

Doing well to be only down by the 2. Actually, lucky to be only down by 2..

And..... Edit..
3-0

I really hope that two year release clause rumour is true, this league is gonna be so boring as long as he's there.

I'd rather he sticks around the PL just so I can watch him more.

But his old man was saying that he wants to test himself in the other top leagues so I'm guessing Spain and Italy is in his future.

This is one of those defeats that you just accept. Part of me wonders if 3 at the back might have mattered but I don't think so.

But if there was one game a year for Wan-Bassaka and his man marking lit was to just do a number on Grealish today.

Leaving Casemiro on the bench today is a choice. A starting holding Midfielder for Brazil that you paid $60M for or Scott McTominay…it’s a tough choice

Also KDB playing balls into Haaland is just cheat code

on paper, it's easy to say "start Casemiro over McTominay", but McTominay has actually played well for ten Hag whereas Casemiro has had a pretty meh start at United. So I don't really take issue with the decision. Result is already ugly and could get even worse, but as Bagor said, this is one you just have to take and move on.

EDIT: beautiful from Antony. It's something!

Don’t forget the CPL!

United responded well after their last humiliation, and obviously this one is less surprising, even if it might end up being a worse scoreline. Just write it off and move on.

I feel like 3 goals and 2 assists in your Derby debut is good…

As is Haaland to Foden. He's two assists today as well.

CR being rested for the big game against Omonia Nicosia on Thursday. Think Jorge will be getting a call in the next few hours.

Foden, KDB, haaland, if they play long enough together may need to be talked about in the best attacking trios not only right now but in an all time group

Man city a few years ago set goals scored record at 106, they are on pace for 130 something right now, and they may only get better as haaland gets more comfortable

If pep cant win CL with this group he may never again

Here's hoping, but its just that...'hope.'

I mean, look around Europe. Who do you rate to stop them?

They are favourites.

I hope they #### it up. For all eternity. And I wish the same for every team with that type of ownership.

Reading that Bruno was furious and had a half time rant at the rest of the players in the City game.

If so that's a big problem. That nooone stepped up and told him to stfu and have a look at himself. Not good when the leading voice and critique in the changing room is one of the main issues on the pitch.

I'm not saying I could cut the cheque, but 120m seems like a steal of a deal for a Premier League club.
