Default Can I pretend I live in the states to get NHL games on Sirius?

I got a Sirius satellite radio for Christmas as I spend a lot of time in my car. I was stoked about getting. NHL games on it so I wouldn't miss any games, but alas it is only for American listeners. Is there a way to be pseudo-American?
