Nothing obvious...which if speculating leads one to believe its a soft tissue thing (groin etc) or a muscle pull...or he caught the same bug that Ryan was suffering from.

Gaudreau-Monahan-Lindholm
Tkachuk-Backlund-Frolik
Lucic-Ryan-Bennett
Mangipane-Jankowski-Rieder
Czarnik

Giordano-Anderson
Hanifin-Hamonic
Brodie-Stone
Macdonald.

Rittich
Talbot
Ya I think so as well. But I won’t be surprised if they don’t sign MacDonald.

Fun night at the Dome last night. My favourite moment was after the big second period glove save by Rittich they played “These are the Daves I know” by kids in the hall. Old school classic.

Post game interview with Lucic was priceless. You could just tell that he was trying so hard not to smile too much about the fact that he scored against the Oilers and the Reider did too, twice.

Oh man. I've had that song in my head for 20 years. Like constantly, got other songs stuck in my head? This ones still playing underneath. Thanks for digging this gem up and sharing with the class!

Is exactly how our season should start on defence. Kylington was better than MacDonald and earned the roster spot.

I’d still offer MacDonald a deal, but it would be in the same vein as Rinaldo’s, with the (likely) understanding that you’ll be starting in Stockton. It’s also entirely possible that perhaps MacDonald has earned a contract elsewhere as well, but he wasn’t better than Kylington.
I have been thinking it might be time to shake up the 2nd pair.

Giordano - Brodie
Hanifin - Andersson
Kylington - Hamonic

It's not that I think Hamonic is a 3rd pair guy (he isn't), but that I think he would be a good, stable partner for Kylington, and Hanifin-Andersson would be more dynamic as a 2nd pair than Hanifin-Hamonic is.

That’s very interesting. Maybe that gets most out of all the d.
