I noticed that the price on steam went up $10.00. My hatred of pre-ordering just cost me some $

Or if the game turns out to be a buggy mess then you just saved yourself $70. Either way, plenty of deals to be had on sites like GMG post release.

Looking forward to the release quite a bit. Will probably stream my first playthrough on twitch.
I really hope the hype and wait are worth it!

Yeah, I was going to pre-order and use what I have left in my steam wallet. Now I'm waiting which probably isn't a bad thing with my backlog.

I have read, watched or listened to nothing since the E3 reveal. I want everything to be a surprise.

Surprise! It won't load once you install it! Bethesda... We love you even through all your buggy-ness.

This is probably going to sound like a stupid question but is there a way I can play this game on my laptop?
I've seen you can order it on Steam but to be honest I don't really understand how that works, is it like Netflix for vidyas?

If you want to make a comparison, it's probably more like iTunes in that you don't pay a subscription fee, but you pay for the game.
Might also want to check the specs on your laptop to make sure it can handle the game.

Very high min. specs from what I remember.
My bro has a high end laptop from 15 years ago and he doesn't meet the min GPU

Here's a pretty simple way to see if your PC can handle it, though it's not perfect:

I want to play it on ps4 but that would require buying one and I would also need a new TV. Taking all that into account the cost really adds up.

To be fair, if your PC can run it decently, it'd probably be a more enjoyable experience with a mouse rather than a controller. No aim assist in Fallout.

Subjective, if a game supports controller I'll use it every time even if it means I play worse. Leaning back with a controller is 1000% more enjoyable than leaning forward with M&K, obviously not for everyone but I'm all about the controller.

You have to lean forward with a mouse and keyboard? o.O
