Looks like Woolley is trying to delay the vote on the deal.

There is at least one possible wrench in the works when it comes to plans to hold a vote on the arena on July 29: Coun. Woolley says he’ll be urging his #yyccc colleagues to delay a final vote on the arena deal in order to extend public consultations.
