I feel I'll regret Ricciardo over Hulkenburg.

Yeah me too. Kind of made that pick with my heart and not my brain, but I'm sticking to it

Yeah that was a really odd qualifying, and even practice. Just never expected Merc to be ahead of Ferrari. Even Max would be right there with both Ferraris had he not been shafted in Q3. I wonder if Ferrari has a cooling problem and has had to turn the engine down again. Today was quite a bit warmer and would've been more noticeable than yesterday. Tomorrow is supposed to be cold again which will help Ferrari.

I "almost" feel bad for Max...he did get shafted on that last lap attempt. Vettel and both Renaults passed him and he ran out of time to get a final attempt. RBR should know how much time is left and tell him, but it is an etiquette thing. I'd be VERY leery into turn 1 if I'm Vettel...

Nice to see both Renaults up where they should be. Haas really turned it around as well after terrible practices. McLaren disappointed, and Giovannazi didn't even get out (same issue as Leclerc in Bahrain, dropped cylinder).

I think the race will be closer than quali. Ferrari will have the benefit of DRS and they were good in the speed trap.

Ouch. Hulk retires. Poor Renault.

And Merc just crushing Ferrari. I fully prepared myself for another cake walk title for Merc but I’m not sure if I can handle 2015 levels of domination with them winning 1-2 by 45s.

Stroll up to 10th. Kvyat with another brain fart costing other drivers their race.

I don’t say this often but that was a crap race. And China is a great track.

Way to go Kvyat taking out McLaren on the first lap.

Great drive from Albon to score a point from the pitlane.

Ugh, what a brutal race. Easily the most boring one I've watched in a while. Only 1 real battle with Verstappen and Vettel...and that last for 3 corners. Seemed like the cars couldnt follow each other as closely as they could in Bahrain.

I've got no idea WTF is happening at Ferrari. I bought into the Barcelona results, and especially Bahrain. But they completely F'd up any advantage at China. Terrible qualifying and race strategy cost Leclerc. He's gonna be pissed, and rightfully so IMO

Ricciardo had a good result, and so did Albon. Albon actually was quite impressive and that Toro Rosso looks racy.

That was frustrating to watch.

At about lap 40 it looked like I was going to nail all my top 5 picks but needed both Ferraris to gain a place. Vettal looked like he wasn't even trying despite only being a second behind Bottas at one point. And not sure wtf happened to Leclerc he should have easily caught Verstappen around lap 52 but it just didn't happen.
Raikkonen barely missed out on some points for me too. Not a great race for me, at least I got the top of the podium right but would have liked to see him pressured for it at least.

Come on Ferrari, get your #### together. As cool as it will be to see Hamilton start passing some of Schumacher's records, lets make him really work for it at least.

Screw Ferrari for dicking LeClarc around. He probably would have been in Vettel's position on the podium if they hadn't done that to him. They should fire their entire strategy team, they are only good and ruining races, and have been that way for the past 3 or more years.
