Thiem is going to win this in 5 sets, isn't he?

Youngest men's grand slam final since Djokovic vs Nadal in Australia that 5 hr epic. The level of tennis in that match is leagues better than this match.
Thiem fights back wins the 3rd let's go

We as tennis fans have been spoiled by the big 3, that's for sure.

James Blake was such a breath of fresh air this year. Time for changing of the guard in the commentary chairs.

I would definitely agree with this and I would start with Chris Fowler, I seriously can't listen to a Serena match when he's doing the play-by-play.

I respectfully disagree. I feel she finds it difficult to say much that is complimentary about either sister. As my mother would say back in the day, “butter wouldn’t melt in her mouth”

I have no opinion on Evert’s opinion on Serena so that’s not where this is coming from but I find she is quite possibly the worst commentator in tennis and nearly all of sports. Offers next to nothing in the way on insight and has that job because of name recognition only.
Personally i’m a fan of Fowler, the Mcenroe’s, Gilbert, Shriver, Fernandes pretty much all of the rest of them.

Fowler is fine when he not's doing a Serena match, but he has the pom-poms out and just goes over the top when he's calling one of her matches. I realize we all have our favorites, but he's not a fan, he's a professional commentator. It reminds me of Jim Hughson calling a Canucks game.

Levels picking up here, I'm not sure who's going to win this. Hoping Thiem can close out the comeback but his service game after he broke was ugly.

All these years the US Open has the 5th set tiebreak, this is the first time it has happened in the final.
