[News] Calgary Herald All-Time Flames Bracket

Stumbled upon a bracket that the Calgary Herald was running...aside from not understanding how seeding/brackets work(1 and 2 seeds meeting in the second round) and misspelling Jiri Hudler’s name. It seems like a fun idea.

I imagine the final four being pretty much set with
1) McDonald
2)Theo Fleury
3) Jarome Iginla
4) Olli Jokinen (joking)




It still seems like a fun concept to fill out.

yeah no kidding a bit of a seeding fail to have Lanny-Chopper, Theo-Nieuwendyk, Iggy-Kipper, Johnny-Gio as the 2nd round matchups


anyways the 80s is clearly the group of death! Suter-Reinhart and Loob-Otto as first round matchups!!!

It is not even a seeding fail. It is a bracket design fail.

How can you have No.1 seed and No. 2 seed meet in the second round. Hopefully it is a misprint and the actual bracket is built correctly.

More of a popularity contest really which would be interesting to see ranked.

I'm surprised how far Freddy made it down my bracket; I guess he really did have a huge impact being the 6th goalie that year when I was only 16. Crazy how things like that stick with ya.
