Honestly always have the worst experiences with bikers on the peace bridge. Cyclists go way too fast on that bridge. That bridge was made for pedestrians and for "show". Slow the eff down.
The bridge was made for pedestrians and cyclists to cross from one side of the river to the other. Cyclists can go as fast as they want, they have separation. Pedestrians need to get the hell out of the way.

Why…why we gotta be dicks? I’m not sure which side of this you’re landing on shaz. Are you saying the cyclists suck or the pedestrians do? You gotta pick a side. It’s like Palestinian chicken.

I haven't been on the bridge in years, so I don't know how it's set up, but is there a clear separation and visual indication where the cyclists and the walkers are supposed to go?
For example, on the River Walk past Fort Calgary, there are different materials used on the pathway for the pedestrian section and the bike section that make it clear which is which. I haven't seen anyone using the wrong path along there.
Also, in the 4th Street underpass from the East Village to Victoria Park, they've painted the bike section a bright green. I don't know if that has made any difference there.

There are raised sidewalks on the sides of the bridge, and the bike lane in the middle is lower. It really doesn't do a good job of actually informing people of what each section is for though.

We're all dicks. Me especially.

I was riding my bike around the reservoir yesterday - on the shared path - and two older ladies were walking towards me. One fully on each side of the solid yellow line and, in effect, taking up 3/4s of the path. I rang my bell multiple times to make sure they had seen me (they had). They didn't alter their path. I started yelling "Share the lane". No change. This was the path they were taking and no one was moving them; even if it put them in harm's way.

He'd wind up having to fish his bike out of the river.
I rollerblade past there daily this time of year, I'll run in there like Ultimate Warrior, got CPers' backs....unless he's clearly losing the battle regardless, then I'll start helping them. Gotta make a business decision.

They're in full menopause, if you hit them they would be unhurt and you would have been paste.

Hey ######bag…. I don’t know you, but i guarantee you are one. Why in the ever living #### do you need to bring two pitbulls with you into Canadian Tire. You could barely handle them as they wanted to go down all the aisles and say hello to everyone. There is no damn way these are emotional support animals for you. Get back to how you used to handle your emotions… Royal Reserve and Coke while yelling at your family.
So stupid. I want to rent a peacock and take it on a field trip to Canadian Tire.
