The only time I'm using AirBnB is when I'm in a small town or rural where there's limited hotels. I've used it in Cumberland BC, Salt Spring Island, North Queensferry outside of Edinburgh and to get oceanfront in Oceanside CA, but otherwise I'm going the hotel route.

Honestly always have the worst experiences with bikers on the peace bridge. Cyclists go way too fast on that bridge. That bridge was made for pedestrians and for "show". Slow the eff down.

I see some AirBNB places popping up in Expedia results, of course you can tell it's an apartment when you check the photos but it's really obvious when you see $150 and decide to click and it reveals the actual total is $420 when you add in the hidden fees. Waste of time, have never booked and never will.

That lane in the middle is a bike lane...

I do always slow down when rolling through it, as a fan of the bridge since the day of its announcement I love to enjoy a roll through it.

Cyclists of all people should know designated lanes aren't always used properly. I think some cyclists just do loser laps on that bridge going too fast just to prove a point.

I'm pretty sure cyclists feel the same way about the pedestrians having zero situational awareness and understanding of where they should be on the pathways. Not to mention the inability to look where you are going for very long periods of time.

Nobody wants to ride anywhere near the mass of stupidity that accumulates on the pathways downtown but it is sometimes necessary.
