Before I started tracking such things more recently, the only one I could say for sure was:
Friends
I can also definitely say I have watched every episode of:
Game of Thrones
Veep
Person of Interest
Lost
The Americans
Parks and Recreation
Dexter
Community
The West Wing
Breaking Bad
Battlestar Galactica
EDIT: Forgot to add The Sopranos

Seinfeld
Dragon Ball Z + GT
Breaking Bad
The Office
Trailer Park Boys
The Clone Wars
That might be it if the criteria is minimum 50 episodes. Stranger Things isn’t at 50 yet. I’ve seen loads of episodes of other shows but most of them are so long running that I can’t say for sure if I’ve seen them all. Lots of shows from my childhood like Pokémon and Digimon that I watched religiously for years but gave up on the franchises when I grew up. I haven’t seen the newest Family Guy season so can’t say that one. I’ve seen the all of the golden age (seasons 1-8) of The Simpsons but I haven’t seen much after that. I’m working on a few right now (just started Parks and Rec and True Blood) and a few that I want to try out (Walking Dead and Game of Thrones) but I’ve only just started getting into binging shows fairly recently.

Man, some folks watch a lot of TV on here. ;P
The only shows I can think of for me that fit the bill would be the Robotech series, Transformers (original cartoon) and the original GI Joe. I was rather dedicated to 'my' cartoons.
These days, not much holds my interest for long.

Star Trek original series
Mad Men
The Wire
Homeland
GOT
House of Lies
Luther
Stranger Things
Breaking Bad
Lost
Currently working my way through the Americans, so it will be on my list in a month or two. After that, maybe Deadwood. I guess some of these are less than 50 episodes.
As a kid, I bet I watched every single episode of Happy Days.

Tougher than expected. There are a number of shows I watched on syndication growing up, such a Seinfeld and Fresh Prince, where I'm sure I've seen every episode but cannot confirm since they were not watched in order. Also a few of my favourite shows that immediately jump to mind, such as The Sopranos and Parks and Rec, are missing a season for whatever reasons.
The Wire
Breaking Bad
Mad Men
Veep
Arrested Development
Peep Show
South Park
Archer
Full House
HIMYM
Trailer Park Boys
BoJack
GoT
30 Rock
I noticed many of you are not following the 50 episode limit. I guess it is not fair to a lot of British or cult favourite shows though. I will add that The Good Place, Silicon Valley, and Rick & Morty are shows I have seen all of that will likely soon pass 50 episodes. Oh and I'll add in the IT Crowd because we need more British representation and I've seen the 25 episodes at least twice.

I think that’s it for 50+ episode shows (does IT crowd have 50 episodes?)
