Was at Medinah today. First PGA event
What a spectacular course.
Some courses wish their greens were as good as the fairways there today.
Really great day. Was a bit easier following Conners than following Tiger.

The TV broadcast couldn't seem to find Conners once. Glad you had better luck.

Haha doesn't surprise me at all, despite being a great trio.
Conners fist bumped three 6 or 7 year olds reaching out across the ropes in front of me as he headed by to 11th tee box.
Those kids were so pumped. Great stuff

Oh and look who is winning yet again. Rory the odds favorite ahead of him was hilarious.
Post worth bumping.

Not a major. But definitely THE major as far as paydays go.

That was such a bizarre post. Any man on his weekend can win a major tournament.

Yeah, Rory's bad putting is a stat out of yester year.

The Senator prides himself on making 'bold" early calls.

I don't know how many more majors Rory will win but he's pretty obviously one of the very top guys out there. I'd say he and Koepka are in their own class right now. Like you say this may not have been an official major, but this meant a whole lot to these guys. There was a ton of pressure.

This isn't tennis. Winning majors is really hard even for the very top guys.

The North American fan in me wants playoffs to mean more than majors, lol. I hate that there's tournaments that have "prestige" and gain you more fed ex points, and yet those tournaments mean more to most fans than the end goal of winning the fed ex cup anyways.

It’s like they added another “big” tournament. The four majors are the measuring stick for sure, but you’ve got the Players and this deal now. You always had the Tour Championship but now there is added importance IMO particularly with the format change, so there’s not two winners. Add the Ryder Cup and now you have several events worth watching.

Apparently Rory was keeping close score for the tournament itself and wanted to be low man over the four days which he was.

I'd imagine crickets as there's very little discussion on here even during the biggest PGA events of the year, but is anyone watching the Shaw Charity Classic on TV or in person?

Man, they put on a great event as far as Champions league goes. I watch a lot of Champions league in passing and so many events look amateurish in comparison with embarrassingly small crowds. Some of the crowd roars and applause today rival PGA events on a Friday. Very impressive.
