Not sure what to expect. Talk is that both Schiefele and Laine could be back but we won’t know for a while. I hope the Flames are able to maintain the momentum they gained with the last victory. Helleybuck talked big after the loss and if the Jets push this to 5 he likely wins the game for the Jets.

I would love to punch our ticket for the big tournament tonight. Let’s Go Flames!!!!! Potential to make a huge statement

It would be nice for once to see Flames not have to comeback from behind.

It would also be nice for them to take this game serious, and show killer instinct. Rather than laying an egg.

Flames close this out and Playoffs .

Hopefully they learn not to take any opponent lightly after this play in and put on the workboots and go to work.

Ward was right....were painting a barn not a Rembrandt. Put in the work fellas ....you have all world skill but without hard work you can't win.

Defence and discipline tonight will matter. Move your feet, no stupid stick infractions, hooks, holds or hits that could end a man's career.

Go Flames Go....let's move on.

If Schiefele is back, then run him on his first shift. If Laine is back, then hack the bone.

GFG!

Getting up early will help put pressure on the Jets and force them out of their game plan. Goes without saying, but the Flames need to make sure they don't allow a quick one against them. Need to keep the pressure on the Jets and not allow them to build any momentum.

Calgary has made the necessary adjustments. Stick to the plan and they should win again.

That Winnipeg squad is barely a NHL team now. I expect them to work hard and get a lucky goal or two. Won’t be enough.

You never watched the original Karate Kid then?

It’s a perfect gif for the situation.

If schiefele is back, he won't be a threat. He's going to be looking over his shoulder every shift. Probably flinch if you look at him the wrong way.

I did. That moment is literally about intentionally injuring the opposition.

It's not funny.

I feel like Schiefele is going to be like when Golden State pushed Durant to play in game 5. Few plays later and he's out again with a more serious injury.

I see it more as going for the kill when you’ve got the opponent on the ropes.

All speculation is that Scheifele has a high ankle sprain. I doubt he laces up and tries to play on one leg, he would be a sitting duck and liability with no mobility.

How can he possibly have a high ankle sprain? I thought Tkachuk chopped his entire leg off and threw it in a garbage disposal.
