The final of the World Tennis League was between the Hawks (Thiem's team) and the Kites (Felix's team). Felix won his match over Zverev, but Iga was upset by Rybakina and the mixed doubles was won by the Hawks. Zverev appeared to tweak his ankle during his match against Felix (it was the other ankle, not the one he injured at the French Open against Rafa).
Just also wanted to take this chance to wish everyone Happy Holidays and all the best in 2023!!

Djokovic is likely the betting favorite for the 2023 Aussie Open and it's easy to see why when you look at how he's dominated this tourney. I will say Novak is certainly susceptible in a best-of-3 scenario, but best-of-5 is a different animal. I would love to see Felix make a deep run down under, but a part of me also wants to see one more Novak - Rafa clash in a major final.

By the way, Rafa will be playing Cam Norrie later tonight in United Cup action. TSN.ca is streaming the action from down under (not sure of the start time though, probably around 9:30 or 10:00 pm Mountain time).
