It wasn't even that close; I was at the game and Moose Jaw I think got off four shots in the final five minutes of the game. It was a rough game to watch, even if you're an Everett fan. Probably could have easily been 10-0, but guys started trying to make the perfect pass/shot. Felt like a 5-on-3 that lasted 60 minutes.

Feb 22:
Zav played, no points,-3.
Feb 23:
Pelletier 1a,+1 in a 5-1 victory over Halifax. Moncton is first in the East, second in the Q behind Sherbrooke. Rimouski is 3rd in the East, 4th overall.
Wolf was first star with 35 saves on 37 shots in a 6-2 win over Portland. Everett is second in the West behind Portland, and tied with Edmonton for second overall. (Christiansen had 2 assists,+2 for 43 pts in 31 games)

Seems like Wolf is one of the three stars every game he plays...

The Silvertips played tonight (no Wolf in net), and Christiansen had 3 goals and an assist +3. 20g/26a/46pts in 32 games. I know he's not Flames property (yet), just want to pass it on....

Flames just might regret not signing him when they had the chance

Lost out on Phillipe Myers and Yegor Zamula in similar fashions. Had them right under our noses in development camps and failed to sign them.

If the Flames are going to take a chance on an overager in the off-season, it'd be nice to see them give Kyle Olson a shot. Had an impressive camp last year and the Sabres were willing to sign him to an ECHL/AHL-deal, which he declined.

It shouldn't be a surprise that he's doing well... Christianson is an overager.

Looks like we might be able to add Brayden Burke to that list soon.

Wolf stops 12 of 13 shots (that's correct!) in a 4-1 win over Kelowna.

Roman played, no points, -1 in a 6-2 win over Victoria.

Everett is third in the league behind Portland and Edmonton, but they have a higher win% than Edmonton due to games in hand.

You guys act like he wasn't a free agent, free to sign anywhere he wanted. Blaming the Flames seems a little overboard.

Well I’m pretty sure they could have signed him when he was in Stockton.

You are making a big deal over a guy thay almost certainly will not turn into an impactful NHLer. He is racking up the points in his 5th WHL season as a 20 year old. Nothing to get excited about. The Flames probably saw enough of him in Stockton last season to know he doesn't have the skill set to be a good NHL player.

Most Likely just the defenseman version of Bryan Cameron.

I guess we’ll have to wait and see what he turns into.
