I always see a black SUV parked at the entrance of that mobile park, same as it has been for many, many years. They've gotta be developing something.

That used to be a big fishing hole for the cops, although it was usually manned and not photo radar (probably because it's obvious when you see it, but they catch people coming up the hill before they can see the cops).

I don't see them there as often anymore, but that might just be because the times I usually drive past have changed in recent years.


When I first moved to Renfrew in 2010, I would see them at least weekly either when I was going to work or coming home.

Would never live there though. LOL at anyone buying anything on deerfoot for $2.5-$3.0mil....

When "anything on Deerfoot" encompasses any property within 1 km of Deerfoot, I'm guessing maybe 15% of Calgary properties would be off your buy list.

But if you had the same set back standards with the ring road and Macleod Trail, I'm pretty sure you'd only be able to camp in the middle of Nose Hill Park.
