Forget 'smart' its just ridiculous and childish. The officer is just doing his job.

I rage constantly about Police abusing their powers but identifying yourself to a Police officer is pretty standard stuff.

Now, I despise Police Brutality but man...sometimes...you can kind of understand when a fool needs to be fed a nightstick from time to time.

Here's a thought, have you considered maybe not subjecting yourself to bull#### 24/7? It might help you come up with more useful conclusions, because every one you come to is blatantly wrong.
