True. But Florida is a wagon and he seems to have great chemistry with Lundell.
Zero people interested ? You do not even know the cost to acquire. It could be pretty cheap for a PPG guy. A team with lots of space going into next year who are rebuilding could use him. If he keeps it up he becomes a value asset to flip.

David Perron LW/RW 72OV
Veteran minute-munching winger with high offensive ratings. He can play top 6 on most teams and can fit right in on your PP if needed.
Pure rental and I understand that. Best offer gets him.

I have gotten some interest in Giroux, so might as well dangle him to see what sort of interest there is, in a 75OVR C/W. Open to downgrades, depending on the value of the addition. Also open to swaps.
I might choose to keep him in the end, but might as well put him out there.

I have 15 forwards on my roster. Looking to move one in a lateral deal for a D. Open to ideas. Would also move one out for youth if it makes sense.

Looking for picks and prospects. Binnington would need a young goalie coming back.

Nikita Gusev LW/RW 70 OV available now. I'd like to move him soon.
Veteran winger, great PH and PA and high EN/DU so he can play lots of minutes when required.
I'd like a vet with a bad contract but I am certainly open to futures.

Coyotes would be a seller at the deadline, all of the below players would help a contender. For the goalie would want a good goalie in return
Connor Murphy
Kyle Palmeiri
Jason Zucker
Tyler Pitlick
Jacob Markstrom

Erik Brannstrom. He’s in two current talks. Open to an upgrade on D or futures if it makes sense.

If anyone is looking to build a bit of their prospect base, I'm looking to move these three guys for a winger (preferably on an expiring contract). Wallmark is centre only, so I'm looking for a winger with slightly better stats.
Quote:
The first part of my offer would be Max Gildon. He is a Florida prospect, and is just working into the pro game. Similar to Conor Mackie in the Calgary system.
https://www.eliteprospects.com/player/272169/max-gildon
The second part would be Maxim Cajkovic of Tampa Bay. He was excellent in the Q last year, and is in the AHL now.
https://www.eliteprospects.com/playe...maxim-cajkovic
I'd also add Lucas Wallmark (67OVR) for roster reasons. He doesn't have much value but has been good on injury replacement duty for me with 4 points in 10 games.

Not necessarily moving him, but looking to gauge interest on Alex Pietrangelo.
76OV, 76SC, 86DF. All around #1 stud, basically.
The ask would be a 1st for this year, and a solid younger D ready to step in and play. Salary could be covered for this year.

Anyone on the Leafs is available. Apparently Pietrangelo sucks and nobody wants him, so we'll see what other guys get. Kadri is almost untouchable.

Unless it’s playoffs, then he wants to touch you with an illegal play.

Trade market is tight right now. Teams that are doing well are reluctant to make changes as even moves that seem positive can mess with established chemistry.
It seems like this is a lull we go through regularly each season.
I would like to make some upgrades but not at the expense of my young core pieces, which is pretty much all that anyone asks for.

I know I'm totally lost to what to do
I worked so hard to rebuild my farm system and filled out my depth with vets as placeholders for players to emerge and take those positions.
I've only ever been a 9th seed conference team and yet I find myself sitting in the top 5 for the league for most of the season... and that on 50.1M payroll (2nd lowest in the league).
I understand the next step is to trafe away some prospects. I've only ever been a team that traded away its present for the future and I don't know how to do anything else

Trade market will correct itself eventually. Currently teams who are winning don't want to change a thing and losing teams can't find value for their players. The gap will close but for now teams that are winning with their rosters dont have a reason to give up future value. We are okay if finished 9th in the East with our current roster.
