Barn Burner: The Boys are Back!! (Boomer, Pinder & Warrener)
Since they are no longer with the Fan, time to give the boys their own thread.
So glad they are back although, as I drive at 7am, am I selfish that I wish they were on a little earlier? Lol jking. My alarm is now set at 1025 to make sure I don’t miss an episode.

I like seeing they have like 6000+ views on Youtube for the absolute fiasco that was the first episode, and the Oiler, Leaf, and Canuck crap on the Nation Network is all measured in the low triple digits.
Pros vs Joes I suppose.

i hope they can push the viewership into 5 digits .. not sure what they need to sustain their show going forward .. I just want to see them have steady work doing what they do .. and Pinder able to support those twins of his!

Listened to the Tuesday first episode, and man it was downright comical how poorly things went.
Glad to hear the second episode is much better, I look forward to listening to it today.

The second episode is awesome. Love hearing these three guys talk about the team. The extra dimension of watching on YouTube and seeing them is great.

They should have just done this on their own so we can subscribe just to them. I don't want my youtube subscriptions/alerts to go off on any of the non-flames related content, or even the other flamesnation stuff.

It's their own show on the podcast apps, it's showing up in Apple podcasts for me today, whereas it wasn't yesterday.

I'm completely out of the loop as to why they got taken of the air, other than tuning in this morning for day 1 of the Flames season expecting to hear Boomer and hearing someone else. They get fired, quit or just SN being SN?

Nothing official was said. But Rhett was just done and didn't need to do it, Boomer was done with mornings and needed change and Pinder has some personal stuff going on that requires more time and attention.
The podcast just sort of came together out of the blue I guess.

Boomer and Pinder both resigned their positions, gave notice and left the conventional way within a week or two of each other. Boomers last show was both awesome and sad. Warrener they're saying was fired, it sounds more like his contract expired and it was not going to be renewed he had a bit of a "farewell week" which is not something done in radio when one gets let go.

I figured I should check it out .... Never listened to, or searched for, or even clicked on the Podcast tab in my Spotify App in my life.
Yet somehow I got this when I did. Wow! Someone is tracking and sharing Metadata very well.
