Its difficult to compare condo fees though.
A contract to wash floor to ceiling windows and hang off the edge of a 25+ story building is going to be much larger than a 4 story condo with a couple average size windows.
A building with no amenities is going to be cheaper to run vs keeping a up to date gym/outdoor pool. I am the first to admit that a pool is a negative unless you swim a ton. Encore/Ovation/Brava are one of the few buildings I have seen condo documents for where it doesnt appear the pool is costing owners too much. Some older buildings have outrageous condo fees and a huge part of it is maintaining the pool. When it gets to that point I would vote in favor if filling it in!

I would think the location next to the bottle depot would be a benefit. You could easily have an empty valet service where they come to your apartment.

Also, areas don't get re-developed without projects like these. Travis is absolutely correct in his ArriVa comparison. It's a very viable option for people living and working around this area.

You guys asked for it and now it has arrived. Re-development at its finest. I don't think that bottle depot is going to last very long.

I saw this late last night and as a few of us have predicted, the area will be quick to revitalize!
