New Charlie Brown Movie??

Hm.. could be awesome, could be an abomination.

I think the art looks great, capturing the aesthetic of the comics but with modern animation.

Now to see if they'll stick to the feel of the content of the comics, or if they'll modernize that too and just make a generic movie to sell songs and merch.

Heh, I had to find a bunch of episodes of it to download for my kid when he was 8.

I could see them royally screwing it up without Schultz there. Like the Lorax a few years back.

Shoot, that one not only missed the point, but crapped over the whole message and spirit of the source material.

I could see this missing in a similar fashion. Perhaps not as epically, but close.
