Decades ago who could have predicted one day that Bill Cosby would make Andrew Dice Clay look like an upstanding citizen in comparison?

Wonder if he checks out on life now rather than show up for prison.

Doubt it, you don't think they're going to put a Octogenarian into a maximum security prison do you?
At worst they'll put him in a nice hospital ward in a minimum security prison and his celeb status and that condom full of cash that he rammed in his nether regions will allow him to live out a quit life, paining clowns on paint by numbers kits while eating jello pudding and watching TV.

Not sure if this is legit but apparently Cosby was so angry with the verdict today that he walked out of the courtroom without the use of his cane.

Redskins Cheerleaders Describe Topless Photo Shoots and an Uneasy Night Out
https://www.nytimes.com/2018/05/02/s...aders-nfl.html
Quote:
When the Washington Redskins took their cheerleading squad to Costa Rica in 2013 for a calendar photo shoot, the first cause for concern among the cheerleaders came when Redskins officials collected their passports upon arrival at the resort, depriving them of their official identification.
For the photo shoot, at the adults-only Occidental Grand Papagayo resort on Culebra Bay, some of the cheerleaders said they were required to be topless, though the photographs used for the calendar would not show nudity. Others wore nothing but body paint. Given the resort’s secluded setting, such revealing poses would not have been a concern for the women — except that the Redskins had invited spectators.
A contingent of sponsors and FedExField suite holders — all men — were granted up-close access to the photo shoots.
One evening, at the end of a 14-hour day that included posing and dance practices, the squad’s director told nine of the 36 cheerleaders that their work was not done. They had a special assignment for the night. Some of the male sponsors had picked them to be personal escorts at a nightclub.
“So get back to your room and get ready,” the director told them. Several of them began to cry.
“They weren’t putting a gun to our heads, but it was mandatory for us to go,” one of the cheerleaders said. “We weren’t asked, we were told. Other girls were devastated because we knew exactly what she was doing.”
Their participation did not involve sex, the cheerleaders said, but they felt as if the arrangement amounted to “pimping us out.” What bothered them was their team director’s demand that they go as sex symbols to please male sponsors, which they did not believe should be a part of their job.

Although cheerleaders are hired for their physical attractiveness, it doesn't mean you can take their passports away in a foreign country and then pimp them out.

Yeah, I don't think he was suggesting that. It's clear that what happened to those women is unforgivable, but that sentence is also pretty silly.

Well colour me surprised that an organization that continues to use racial slur as its team name has some questionable ethics. Dan Snyder is a garbage human being.

LOL, this is the statement from the team:
Quote:
"The Redskins' cheerleader program is one of the NFL's premier teams in participation, professionalism and community service," the team said. "Each Redskin cheerleader is contractually protected to ensure a safe and constructive environment. The work our cheerleaders do in our community, visiting our troops abroad and supporting our team on the field is something the Redskins organization and our fans take great pride in."

How can you read that, and assuming it's true, not take a huge issue with it?
Jeeze.

It’s likely a holdover of a recently outdated way of thinking.
Cheerleading in major league has certainly been sexualised, but that’s not the origin of the sport, nor do I believe any parent encourages their son or daughter to excel in cheerleading so they can find a career being fawned over by sexually repressed older men.
Cheerleading isn’t an implicitly sexual activity and, eventually, sexual objectification of these men and women will end. Hopefully more stories like this come to light and highlight even further how awful the sport was for a good amount of time. But it’s getting better, and as it does, views like corporatejay’s will fall further and further into obscurity.

Ya. I’m the one who’s sexualizing them. Nice call.
