Indoor Wi-Fi security camera

I'm looking for an indoor Wi-Fi security camera that I can set up when I go to work so that I can go online and check in on the dogs. Hoping to spend less than $100. Any recommendations?

I downloaded the Manything app last night on an iPhone 4 we had kicking around. Seems to work pretty good but wish it had a wider field of view. Free is good though!

Could always buy one of those cheap wide angle lens adapters for smartphones

Find them for under $5 on ebay.
