When I was on my own, I just used the online program from Staples. Made the card up on their website then picked up the cards a couple days later.

I made mine through vistaprint.ca. Good price and fairly easy but I'm sure there's others that can recommend someone local if you want that.

I last used Rayacom and they were good. Not that expensive.
Make sure you approve a proof before you commit to printing! Seeing what the result is beforehand is crutial.

I used vistaprint.ca and paid extra for thicker paper I think. In the end, I am VERY happy with the cards.

If I recall correctly, there's a company I think it's called Apache that does that kind of stuff. They also do some work for the Flames IIRC. I'll find details later for you.

Based in Vancouver, but deliver all over. Great quality and prices. Very nice selection of stock, laminations, and other finishes.

http://www.moocards.com are great. Lots of variety and the quality of the cards are good.
We chose 10 different background designs (you can do up to 100 I think).

Another vote for vistaprint - used them several times. Cheap, quick and good.
