CQ was definitely pandering to the CoD crowd, however BF3 has a far superior engine/feel IMO, so I actually had a lot of fun with it. Sometimes some mindless GunGame (in any shooter) is nice to unwind with.

I would have given it lower, probably 5-6/10 but the weapons that came with that particular DLC added a lot in my mind and I did have some fun playing through the maps. They're at least well layed out and designed. Big fan of the AUG and JNG.

I was accused of hacking for going something like 40-5 while running around with a JNG with PKS Holo Sight lol. Honest to god, I haven't had more fun in Battlefield since I started using bolt action sniper riffles like a WWII KAR 98 or Lee Enfield. I nailed a tripple headshot with one bullet on Grand Bazaar a couple weeks ago.

Battelfield 4 trailer is out. This time the focuse is on story telling. I play BF games for their online play and had never finished one mission on BF3. Not sure how much storytelling will do for me. The graphic is, as expected, more real than BF3.

The first trailer for BF3 was a single player sequence as well.

Yeah but that one was at least was showing off the then-new Frostbite 2 engine. This one was like "okay, same engine, what's new in multi-player".
