A Fata is a thread that was created where a recent thread with the same topic already exist.
A Red Hot Fata is a subsequent thread on the exact same topic.
When Rico Fata was put on waivers by the Flames, there were almost instantly a whole bunch of threads created at almost the same time.
Fata used to be used as a substitute for the f word. Fataing Beer is f'ing beer.
We used to use shinguard for the s word as well.

Hack & Lube, I wish you all the very best in this venture. I live in the deep south, but will try to drop in every now and then!!
Will also try to spread the word.

I know you guys focus in on local but if you are carrying any beer from Spain (ie: ALHAMBRA 1925) Then count me in to buy you out!
Oh, and big congrats!

Is there an inventory list somewhere? I'd love to support local CP, but the location is a bit out of the way for me. There are a few beers I'm always looking for that seem hard to find, so if you guys have them I'd be more than pleased to make the trip.
Heck, maybe I just make the trip anyway.

I'm working on an e-commerce site that should have all inventory and web orders/delivery but it will take some time to make it a reality. You can always PM me for now and I can look into what we can bring in!

Sweet. I'm a total beer snob and usually like some hoppy ipa's. I will be sure to check this out this weekend. Then get some wonton soup from King's.

Mmmmm, Green Flash West Coast IPA and Palate Wrecker...
Look forward to paying a visit to the store Hack & Lube. Love the west coast breweries in the US, but always happy to try out new stuff from local breweries.

Truly, congrats. Sounds like a really cool place. I'm in van so not likely to stop by any time soon but I will be there the next time I am in town.
The idea of being able to fill growlers from more than one brewery is the bees knees.
Best of luck H&L.

I have asked a few local stores if they could bring in Karlovacko, but to no avail. If you get that in, I'll happily become a regular. It's so freaking amazing.
Congrats on the store!

Great store! I'll be back for sure.
Highly recommend everyone go check them out, so many beers I've never seen that I need to try. The worst part about the store is actually choosing what beer to buy, the good news is you can get singles of anything in the store if you can't pick.

What about Schofferhofer Hefeweizen? Not the crappy grapefruit mix they sell everywhere, the real stuff.

To whomever just called, we don't have the Fernie Lager. It's likely something they only have in the brewery. We have most of their other stuff though.
And yikes, this is great! Thanks for all the support! I feel a little bad to monopolize CP for communications/request when others have to pay for sponsored forums and that would be unfair to them. I will set one up or a sponsored thread soon when I hear back from Bingo. Feel free to PM me though!

Fata was a replacement for the F bomb
Shin guard was the replacement for poop
