Order went out today. I ordered a couple extra 7 1/8, 7 1/4, and 7 3/8 if you happened to miss the deadline and still wanted one.

The estimated delivery for these are mid-late April.

I reached out earlier this week to update the shipping address (as I have moved) and I wasn’t able to get through. I left a message but haven’t heard back yet. My assumption is, that since the hats are manufactured in China, there will likely be a delay.

Will keep you guys posted.

Was finally able to get through and have an update from HatClub. There was a brief delay due to covid, but the good news is it’s only 2-3 weeks. Hats should be here by mid-late May.

I was going to wait to respond with an update until I got good news, but haven’t had any yet.

I have been attempting to get a hold of HatClub for about two weeks solid.

The last time I spoke to them was mid-April. At this time I inquired about the delay l (which at the time was said to be mid-may) as well as updated my shipping address.

Since May 17th, I’ve been trying to call them daily. It would usually put me on an automated hold for 2min then disconnect the call asking me to leave a message. Today I called and it wouldn’t even give me the option to wait on hold and just says “there are currently no agents available to take your call”.

I will continue to reach out to them daily in hopes that I can get you guys some good news.

They’ve always been slow when it comes to custom orders like this, but I previously never had problems getting a hold of them. Their offices are in Arizona, which to my knowledge, have been open for awhile now.

UPDATE:
I have news! After trying to get a hold of HatClub daily for the past month via phone/email. I finally got a response and a call (Who would think that Twitter has become the most affective way to get a hold of a company today).

The representative who took my order reached out and called me. They are currently waiting for their shipment from NewEra, he has confirmed that the hats have been made, and they have been shipped with HatClub’s incoming stock, unfortunately they are being held up at the border due to covid reasons. He currently has the arrival date (at HatClub) as late June (which would make a Calgary arrival set at Early July).

The good news from all this is that he had no idea about the issues I was having with their (888) number and has given me his direct line for the next time I need to inquire.

I apologize to everyone how long this is taking.

Well, at least we know they are coming. Was hoping to be able to have it for my buddy's son to give his dad for father's day. Who would have thought back in early February what would have happened these past few months.

I was a bit scared that the business folded and the number was reassigned to another business that was completely dumbfounded by the messages I was leaving them.

The Cannons Hats are en route to Calgary!
They arrived in the HatClub warehouse this morning and are being shipped by FedEx. Should be here next week!

That's great to hear!

As much as I appreciate seeing the tracking number- should it be public? Just concerned that somebody could mess with delivery.
