Probably easiest to do it internally? i.e. have the guy who knows most run a class
What kind of work does your company do? Does everyone use Excel on a regular basis?
I'm asking because even in my engineering role, there are some of my coworkers where the SUM function would still be advanced to them, whereas others are flying through macros. There's literally some older folks who sit there and type =A1+A2+A3+A4+A5+A6+A7+A8
