Probably a good sign you're going to lose when Maldonado has three RBIs.

Brantley never touched the bag. Fried's left foot does. He should be out.

Soler with an absolute mammoth shot. That launched into orbit with Pujol's blast from the '06 NLCS. Those balls will never land.

3-0 Braves!

A little puzzling with all the time they had nobody called to check it. No harm and everyone out though.

Huge inning for the Braves. Surely they can close this one out now...or it will be on the 28-3 level...

Normally it's nice to see any championship won at home, but this year if it was either Houston or Boston on the losing side, it'd be great to see it happen on the road.

Yeah don't want to be too premature but #### it....

You suck Trashtro's. You almost cheated your way into another championship and the one and only one you'll ever get is the most tainted trophy in sports.

What a roller coaster season for the Braves but they hit the peak at the exact right time. I feel good for AA. I don't know why some Jays fans seem to have ill will for the guy. He dragged a dead franchise to back to back ALCS's(Oh and he picked up Vladdy along the way too). He's a gambler and a risk taker and it has now paid off in a big way.

But now I can go back to not liking the Braves again too lol...and so begins the longest off season in sports.

I hope someone from Atlanta jumps on the roof of the Astros dugout with a trash can and bangs the holy hell out of it.

So does Mike Soroka get a Championship Ring? Are the rules the same as the NHL and the player has to play X amount of games to be considered a World Series winner?

There are no rules for who gets World Series rings. It’s up to ownership and the organization who gets them.

Mike Frostard the assistant athletic trainer for the Braves is also originally from Calgary.

Glad no Astros.

Happy for AA.

Never been a Braves fan. Arrogance in the 90s with nothing to show for it. Still aren't a fan.
Remember them flying the flag upside down?

My favourite Braves WS highlight

He will go down as my favourite Giant and I was lucky enough to see him hit a homerun in Dodger Stadium. Now we go to the Joey Bart era. Here's hoping he's half as good as Buster was
