Ha. Rowdy doing what Rowdy can do sometimes. Hit the ball a really long way. What a bomb.

It was cute when the Red Sox put up 2 runs and thought they had a chance against the Rays.
Suck it Sale.
5-2 Rays.

Sometimes the Sox catch a streak. Tampa doesn't quit, so it may be close.

Let’s hope they don’t quit right now and make it interesting.

I haven't been able to watch any of the playoffs since the Jays last game, but I think I'll be ready soon
Which series have been good so far?

Tonight was exciting in first inning for rays Red Sox. It has been an absolute beat down by Boston since then

I don’t really follow Tampa but why are they leaving this reliever hanging out to dry like this? 59 pitches and about a hundred runs. He is ruined for the series now, I couldn’t imagine bringing him back in any kind of close game.

I have no clue. I assume they concede the game and want to hold to as many of their pitchers as possible? Controversial but smart move IMO. The Tampa pitching can be suspect at times, so you don't want to waste arms if the game is a little out of reach.

Buehler has looked shakey and has got away with pitches down the middle. I'd strongly consider pulling the guy as he's getting lucky. SF should be tagging a few with him.

Looked at his stats and he wasn’t too good all year so I guess you’re right. He was the sacrificial lamb. Not often you see a reliever give up 9 hits. The game was in reach when he entered so they must have had some confidence in him.

The Red Sox went from being shutout with no XBH to putting up 14 on 20 hits. Baseball is weird. Either that or Alex Cora was up to his old tricks last night
I really thought(hoping) the Red Sox we're going to get swept.
