HM to the 91 Sask Riders. 710 points against (cfl record). Allowed 50 or more points 3 times, 40 or more 10 times and held their opponent to less than 30 only 4 times all season.

Seriously though, Als in 09 are a good answer. And the 89 Esks are too despite not winning the grey cup. They had a 344 point differential and went 16-2. That’s 19 points ppg avg margin of victory!!

The 97 Argos are probably my choice for best team in our lifetime. For their offense tho.

Orlando Steinauer is expected to end up at Washington University as the DC/LB coach after the Grey Cup. He's also from Seattle.

He's an excellent coach, and that would be a big loss to the CFL if he goes. But you can't go against the pay and benefits of US College ball

I was a big fan of Danny, the QB, not so much Danny the coach. But he was gutsy as a player and got us some huge wins. IIRC he stole the starting job from Bernard Quarles (sp?) who had just a monster arm and a ton of talent but didn't have a good football IQ.

Ted Laurent is either unlikely to play or will be no where near 100% due to an emergency surgery. I'd be shocked to see him play frankly.

I think Bernard Quarles was mid-late 80's just before Rick Johnson.

I think Danny Barrett took the job from "Tulane" Terrance Jones

But then again, I can't remember what I had for lunch yesterday
