Yes, but no test is perfect and there is a period of time during the initial infection period where HIV is not usually detectable.

I don’t think anyone is intent on passing laws to stop her from choosing who she might have had sex with, but it’d be interesting if it went that way.

“Her body, her choice” doesn’t preclude anyone talking about the morality surrounding the choice, just that ultimately the choice rests on the woman. Don’t see how this is different.

I doubt the regime for Gay porn is any less than for straight, its a sad story no doubt, I've worked with a number of kids in various areas of the sex trade, all of them had their issues that led them to what is a fairly unhealthy life in the end.
