Fox, Gaudreau, Tkachuk, ect.

On a more positive note: I really loved seeing Lanny wearing Huby’s jersey and giving him words of encouragement. It’s always great seeing a figure like Lanny give support to someone who’s struggling. What a legend he is

Yes it could be our pick given up. Either way we gave up a 1st round pick to secure Kadri.

Well the Flames never could have signed Tkachuk longterm because they did not have the cap space to do it (due to wasting cap space on UFA’s each summer).

Such firm resolute energy Rejean.

Good to see such spirit from you. Lord knows it really gives the flames org. the resolve they need to keep picking 16th.

Keep up the good work.

With an attitude like that I will stick around to keep an eye out for your future brilliance you so often share around here.

You know things are bad when PGT after a loss is only on the 2nd page at this point.

This years Panthers pick will be the 16-20th pick and this year is a deep draft.

The Monahan trade to sign 32 year old Kadri was bad right from the start. Kadri was the player I least wanted in the off-season. Of course we got him.

Tkachuk trade was fine and I think Huberdeau will bounced back. But locking in Kadri to that money for that term was just a horrific move, trading a 1st rounder to do it all the worse.

and Montreal has that pick from a trade they made with the Panthers

Flames didn't give up a 2023 pick guy

The pick that Montreal gets from Calgary is yet to be determined and its not this draft. It might not even be Florida's pick and we don't know the year yet.

While I agree with you, most fans and pundits were applauding Treliving this past off-season.

Funny how that usually works out.

I can’t remember folks applauding the Kadri move.

Yeah, think I've thrown in the towel.

It wasn't losing a game they needed, it's the manner in which they lost.

That one was a damper on my mental state. Your favourite team shouldn't put you through that in a non-playoff game, but here we are.

Was kind of a wake up call.

I think it would be healthy to distance ourselves a little from the team.

They won't be anywhere close to being competent or good for a little while. Even if they see playoffs next year.

Seek out higher vibe past times that provide more value to your life and have those available.

This team doesn't deserve us/our time right now.

We're too good for this junk.

Leave them to sort out their mess, and hope it happens sooner than later.

It’s okay. You’ll get invited to a bash sometime. I hope.

Well said. Man Iggy was an incredible player and representative of this city. I got to meet him and we hung out for like an hour. So down to earth and humble. Solid hugger too.

Incredible travesty he couldn’t win a cup. It was in!

I’m not sure what makes me more angry. Flames putting out an effort like this in a past do-or-die game or nobody, in an 8-2 loss, murdering Roy for a cross check to the head of our rookie. Ritchie should have destroyed Roy. We’re f’ing losing 8-2… Flames 2023= no balls.

It was a blowout early on and a late game. That’s probably why
