If the players not trying is our goal, then I tell them to keep doing what they’re doing.

It’s because the $84mm playmaker has sucked balls all season long. That’s why. He’s literally useless out there, so that’s why he is sitting. Walker Duehr is, legitimately, a better option than the $84mm playmaker. Lucic scored earlier in the night. So, that’s why.
I think Phillips would have had an exactly same impact like Huberdeau this season. Yes, I believe that.

If Kadri, Huberdeau and Sutter are all back y'all better cancel your season tickets.

Guys, the 4th line thing is not why we didn’t win the game. Deciding to start the game in the 2nd is what did us in tonight.

objectively the team goes nowhere, regular season or playoffs, if huberdeau isn't going.

he hasn't shown to be that this year, but you know he has the ability to be a lot better. that's why I would have my best players on the ice when the season is on the line. give them an opportunity to break through it.

Think that would have happened?

I don’t.

Took a regular shift and right after went out and we pulled the goalie and played a full shift.

Sutter is trolling at this point.

I agree, but there are bright spots. Tofolli has been great, Andersson solidified himself as the new alpha on D, and Pelts/Duerr have graduated.

If the Jets win tonight it’s probably as good as over.

Nashville has the toughest sched of the three and a ton of injured guys but they are still plowing ahead. They are the team that might bump wpg.

When does Dustin Wolf come up? He has won at every level. Win every award there is to win. What does that guy need to do to get some nhl playing time ?

Also- Huberdeau on the bench in the last minute is just disgraceful.

The Wranglers must be embarrassed to share a rink with these guys

The Hitmen too.

Huberdeau made a great pass to set up the second goal. Could have used a good pass in the final minute

The Flames are allergic to hope, or nice things for its fanbase.

They'll develop him indefinitely, until he expires or keels over.
