Good luck getting him to resign on a discount this time. Hasn’t seemed that all that happy throughout the year according to my eye test. I could see him wanting to head elsewhere after this contract is up. .

I don’t think they are dead yet, they will be dead when they lose to the Canucks on the 31st.

Don’t worry the schedule will balance out. Or those teams will be tanking hard in the second half for Bedard and we’ll rack up those easy wins right? Nights like tonight are why you can’t throw away games against bad teams.

Why would anyone want to sign long term with this team with the bleak near term future

Yeah don’t worry, all our UFAs next summer will have career years next year, leading us to not trade them at the deadline, crash out in the first round, lose them for nothing, rinse repeat

A very, very unlucky game. Wasn’t our worst game but it’s likely the game that finally puts the last nail to the coffin of playoff hopes. We’re incapable of going on a streak.
Because Vegas collapsed in front of their net trying to protect the lead. If Vegas played some offence, we will be running around in our own zone giving up 2 on 1.

It be nice if Dube scored more. He has got the speed and the shot just doesn't activate it as much as he should.

Strength of schedule . Flames have not shown anything all season to think they should have any easy wins. More so, other teams see playing the Flames as part of their easier schedule. .

They weren’t bad after the first period, but just didn’t start on time.

Story of the season. Significantly outshoot the opponent, get out-goaltended, no puck-luck (3 non-goals).

It’s sad that the drama off the ice has been more exciting than most of the games.

It's because he's a 3rd line player. He's always trying to do way too much that's beyond his skill level. He needs to simplify his game instead of trying to stick handle around everyone.
