Is this stealing from Micro$oft?

A website claiming corporation discounts allow them to sell Xbox LIVE points extremely cheap.

To obtain them, they create an xbox account and send you the password, username, etc. You then log onto LIVE with this account and your points are there.

My past experiences with broken English and cheap prices usually mean something is awry. Is this illegal or have they found a legitimate loophole? I would think one might get banned over this.

2. Sell it to someone.
3. Change the password using the email address you still have setup for it.
4. Sell it to someone else.
5. Profit!
6. There is no ?????

Sounds like bs, the method photon laid out, is how peoples WoW and steam accounts get stolen back by the seller.

Not to mention that if the XBox live policy enforcement team catches wind of it, they'll close the account. Zero tolerance.
