It's kinda hilarious that Federer's two worst career losses involved having two 40-15 match points against Djokovic in the fifth set. Maybe next time let him get to 30-30 before getting a match point.

With TSN replaying classic matches I thought it would be fun to have a list of 5 matches you would most want to see again and 5 matches you never want to watch again. Could be of your favorite player could be any matches no rules. For me 5 matches I would want to re-watch would be:

1) Nadal vs Federer 2008 Wimbledon
2) Nadal vs Verdasco 2009 Australian Open
3) Nadal vs Djokovic 2013 US Open
4) Nadal vs Djokovic 2013 French Open
5) Nadal vs Federer 2008 French Open

5 matches I could never watch again would be

1) Nadal vs Federer 2017 AO
2) Nadal vs Djokovic 2012 AO
3) Nadal vs Wawrinka 2014 AO
4) Nadal vs Soderling 2009 FO
5) Nadal vs Djokovic 2018 Wimbledon

Surprised you don't have Nadal vs. Federer 2009 AO as one of your top 5. That was the highest quality match I've ever seen in my life.

It's an interesting contrast to 2017 AO, where you could tell how both players have drastically changed their game to be far less physical, but you got glimpses of their legendary past.

The first five were Nadal wins (including a not-close-at-all French Open win in straight sets). The other five were Nadal losses. Not too tough to figure out what he enjoys watching, and the most important factor is decidedly not whether the match was high-quality.

Nadal fan's consistent, you have to give him that.

Very true that match was incredible and to have it be Nadal's first and only (so far) AO title it has a special place for me. To do it against Fed the day after his 5hr match with Verdasco just shows how super human Nadal was. I just feel the match before vs Verdasco was equally as special and high quality plus I wanted to include some variety and not just be matches against Fed and Djoker. That match tho would certainly make my top 10 Nadal matches of all time.

I realize the game has changed quite a bit in the last 15-20 years, but 1980 Borg - McEnroe Wimbledon final would still be in my top 5. Also, the Connors - Krickstein US Open match back in 1991 was a fantastic match.

Love those answers! I just started watching tennis at the end of Sampras career so I missed those matches but would love to see them. I watched the movie which was pretty good.

Watching Genie crush Kerber from 2014 Wimbledon right now, and nothing but sadness over all that wasted potential.

Earlier today, I was watching the 2014 Wimbledon semi-final match between Djoker and Dimitrov and man, Grigor was on the cusp of really breaking though and being a real threat to the big 3 and it just never materialized. Maybe it's not too late and he can have a late career resurgence like Stan the Man, but he's definitely been passed by young guys like Tsitsipas, Medvedev, and dare I say Zverev.

I've always liked Dimitrov, just another casualty of the big 4 era. He did win the ATP tour finals so at least he has one big title but if he played in the 90s he would of had a career like Hewitt .

Watching the end of the Fed Raonic 2014 Wimbledon match it's funny the commentators were saying can Roger win another major? Just goes to show how crazy it was for him to win 3 in 2017/2018 .

Ummm Novak this isn't a good look, I hope there is more to it and perhaps a bad translation. Maybe what he meant was that tennis players shouldn't get the vaccine first, but it doesn't sound like it.
