Thumbs up NHL reverses decision on No Goal vs Ducks

"Greg Kimmerly, the referee, initiated the review. He asked us if the puck entered the net . I can’t apply anything about blowing a whistle, unless it is clearly well after the whistle. The only thing I can determine is whether the puck crossed the goal line legally – in a proper fashion. After that, it is simply the referee’s call on the ice. I explained to the Referee that the goal was in fact, legal. He however called a no goal but it's the league's duty to reverse that call"

Hahaha! That would be great!

Why not turn the NHL front office into a bigger joke than it already is while you're at it?

The goal has been reversed, but the rest of the game stands. The Final is now 4-3 for the Ducks in regulation.

Yeah, like that would be the most absurd thing to come out of the NHL this year...

Besides, isn't that the point of this morning? To sell the joke and further the trap for FOOLs instead of come out like a poindexter and point out the obvious about the joke being a joke? I mean really, who does that.

I was trying to make it more authentic, with it supposedly coming from TSN and all.

Hahahaha part of me was hoping this was real, the NHL has been so ridiculous and stupid lately that I wouldn't have been surprised. Good one!
