Wow... Kucherov is amazing. He is fantastically clever. One little giveaway up the boards and that line makes them pay in a flash.
The Islanders just check teams all over the ice. You can tell how much pressure they are putting because as soon as the Lightning got on the PP and had a little bit of time they looked like world beaters immediately, but 5 on 5 the Islanders are generally looking really strong.

Haven’t seen that reverse pass behind the net for a long time. I remember Chouinard passing to Nilsson like that and the goal was scoffed with the goalie looking the other side of the net - he didn’t even know it was in.

Brayden Point is good at hockey. Guy has lit the lamp at every level and is now arguably the best playoff performer in the league.
