FOR SALE: BowFlex Home Gym
Hey guys,
Don't require this machine anymore. It's been used for 3-4 years on and off, but still in nearly perfect shape. Perfect for a small apartment, as it folds up into a closet.
The 'Power Rods' have a max lift weight of 135 lbs.(50,30,20,10,10,5) per side, and it comes with a leg lift extension (not pictured below).
I still have the exercise poster, few holes and rips but definitely still usable (all the exercises are on the 'net too).
Not sure what other info to provide, but feel free to ask questions.

And it's a good machine, the 'power rods' or whatever give a constant resistance. I've used it mostly as a bench press and seated row machine (the bench slides on wheels). It's good for resistance sit-ups as well. Bi-cep curls, pretty much everything you need to become Arnold. 'Cept the roids.
