they can 'get it right' when a skate blade is a millimeter off the ice. but they miss the guy who never left the zone.
'we want the review so we get it right' - clearly now you're wasting our life watching the review AND you're getting it wrong. excellent.

The fact the linesman who was staring straight down at the puck and the ref both missed that is beyond explanation. Are these guys worried about ruining their sports select ticket or what?

Total screw job. They need to start fining refs game checks and publicizing it. Like they do when they suspend players.
Trash call completely screws over the Flames.

How? The puck went out and back in, in a split second. The Canes player did not tag up. It's a totally blown review by the video review crew.

100%. Like a player answering for a questionable hits, refs have to answer for questionable calls. With no oversight there will be corruption... not saying this is the case here, but I can’t fathom how you miss that call on a ####ing video replay.

Play was onside. I went back and looked at it in slow mo. Carolina chips puck back in zone (delayed offside at this point) then they both tag up before re-entering.
Also, Rittich has to have that second goal.

I’m a little disappointed the Flames didn’t make more of a stink. Someone on the bench should’ve gone full Jim Playfair. You can’t just let #### like that slide.
