This is the best. It's not even debatable. Just about to do a Wire marathon!



Others in consideration:

There's a bunch from Lost, but if I can only choose one this would be it.



Then there's the best movie homage ever.





I also really liked the brutality of Ralphie Cifaretto's unexpected demise, right after he started to become more of a likable character.

Hands down maybe the best scene I have ever seen on television:



And Dexter, in its prime, with this incredibly tense scene:

This isn't my favorite scene, its not even close to the funniest. But to me this is a really good microcosm of what Community was at its peak.

Wow, best scenes where to start:

West Wing had so many great scenes, this may be my favourite:


Breaking Bad is a hard show to narrow down your favourite scene, but this was was great:


This is the final scene of the last episode of Game of Thrones, another great show that's hard to narrow down a favourite scene. (season 4 episode 10) so spoiler warning.

Any scene from 'Curb Your Enthusiasm'.

Also always loved the ending to 'The Accident' episode of 'The Wonder Years'. Thought it distilled the whole show and the concept of nostalgia perfectly. Plus I'll be damned if Bob Seger doesnt rock:
