A bit of a busy day at work again this morning so I’m not sure about what channels tv coverage will be on, but the athletics in the evening and morning, as well as the Diving final should be on CBC. We’ve also got some boxing tonight, badminton, and baseball tonight.

Men’s 10km Swimming starts at 15:30. Hau-Li Fan swims for Canada.

Round 2 of the Women’s Golf Tournament starts at 16:30. Brooke Henderson and Alena Sharp are both +3 after the first round.

Preliminary Round in the Men’s Park Skateboarding starts at 18:00. Andy Anderson competes for Canada. The Final begins at 21:30.

Decathlon starts up again at 18:00 with the 110m Hurdles. Damian Warner is currently in 1st, Pierce LePage is in 3rd. Discus begins at 18:50. Pole Vault starts at 21:45.

Semifinals in Women’s Beach Volleyball start at 18:00.

Qualification for Women’s High Jump is at 18:10.

Semifinals for the Men’s K1 200m start at 18:30, Nicholas Matveev is in the first race. The Finals start at 20:35.

Heptathlon starts again at 18:40 with the Long Jump, Georgia Ellenwood is currently in 9th place. Javelin throw begins at 21:30.

Semifinals in Women’s C1 200m start at 18:44. Katie Vincent is in Race 1, Laurence Vincent-Lapointe in Race 2. The Finals start at 20:50.

At 18:58 the Women’s K1 500m semifinals begin, Michelle Russell is in Race 3. The Finals start at 21:22.

The Semifinal for Women’s 10m Platform Diving starts at 19:00. Meaghan Benfeito is the Canadian in this event. The Final is at 00:00.

Karate begins at 19:00, as well as Round 1 of the Women’s 4x100m Relay.

The Semifinal of the Men’s K2 1000m starts at 19:26. The Finals are at 21:47.

Bronze Medal Match in Men’s Field Hockey between Germany and India starts at 19:30.

The Final of Men’s Triple Jump begins at 20:00. The Final for Men’s shotput starts at 20:05.

At 20:30 Round 1 of the Men’s 4x100m Relay begins. Canada is in Heat 2 trying to improve on the Bronze Medal from Rio.

Aman Dhesi competes for Canada in the 1/8 Finals of 125kg Freestyle Wrestling, competition starts at 20:30.

The Finals for Men’s 110m Hurdles begin at 20:55.

The Semifinal of Men’s Basketball starts at 22:15 seeing the USA face Australia.

At 01:06 Quarterfinals of the Women’s Keirin Cycling begins. Lauriane Genest is in the second race, Kelsey Mitchell is in the third race. The Semifinals begin at 01:57. The Final is at 02:37.

At 02:00 the world cheers for Australia as they take on the USWNT in the Bronze Medal match of the Women’s Soccer tournament.

Canada takes on Australia in Women’s Water Polo in the Classification Round at 03:20.

At 04:00 the Gold Medal Match in Men’s Field Hockey between Australia and Belgium begins.

At 04:00 the Women’s Pole Vault Final begins. Anicka Newell competes for Canada.

Decathlon starts again at 04:15 with Javelin.

Round 1 of the Women’s 4x400m Relay starts at 04:25, Canada is in Heat 2.

The Semifinals for the Men’s 1500m start at 05:00.

The Men’s 400m Final begins at 06:00.

The Final event of the Heptathlon, the 800m will start at 06:20.

At 06:40 the Final event of the Decathlon begins, the 1500m.

wasn't that long ago (although precovid) I watched Blake tear up the track at Foothills stadium. its impressive seeing those guys fly up close that's for sure
