Cody Fajardo is going to be running for his life or get killed tonight behind that offensive line...

What the heck Reilly made of glass?

20 months off and he's hurt?

Riders are moving the ball at will thus far. Lions look bad.

Lions have no pass rush.

I listened today to a CFL prediction show and one reporter said the Lions could take second because of Reilly. I laughed aloud. Reilly won’t last the season behind that porous line.

Well then. It’s early but my concerns about Fajardo having a bit of a sophomore slump appear to be unfounded.

The CFL is a second half league. Second half of the game, second half of the season... you never really get a clear barometer of a team until the second half.
I hate them both, but let's hope BC plays better in the second half, because blowouts are never a good thing for the CFL.

Reilly's arm/elbow is done. He's throwing wounded ducks.

Where did Claybrooks end up?

Quote:
AO Sports TV

Meet the Team:
Player, coach, entrepreneur, and larger than life personality -- AO Sports welcomes Devone Claybrooks to the team!
A Super Bowl champion with the 2002 Tampa Buccaneers, Claybrooks played for seven different NFL teams before heading north to the CFL. Always a disruptive defensive presence, the Virginia native suited up for the Montreal Alouettes, Calgary Stampeders, and earned CFL Western All-Star honors in 2010.
After his playing days Claybrooks entered the coaching world, first as a defensive coordinator with Calgary, and then head coach of the B.C. Lions. He's now transitioned into the owner of several successful businesses, utilizing the same impressive work ethic that helped him thrive in professional football.

BC wins this game if Reilly started.

Reilly is terrible, every pass is either underthrown or a lob praying his WR bails him out

Two duds to start the season. I overestimated the Lions as they looked terrible last night with the backup in. They probably would have won easily with a healthy Reilly but it just goes to show these opening weeks will offer exhibition quality of play.
