He's a decent bottom sixer. I think he'd do well on a team with four+ bottom sixers better than him, rather than on a team with 7+ bottom niners worse than him

Khaira was one of the few Oilers that wasn’t absolutely ****ing despicable.

I’m glad I can just go back to hating them all now.

I'm happy for Khaira. Doesn't get qualified, and ends up getting term with Chicago. Rumours had him going to Canucks.

From Edmonton to Chicago. Its like the guy just won the lottery. One of the worst NHL cities to one of the best. Congrats Jujhar, I can stop disliking you now.

Other than being an Oiler, why would you dislike him?

He seems fine to me, but just....replacement level.

The Oilers threw him into every situation, because they're trash and had few other choices besides just 'playing McDavid more.'

Good contract, would have taken him as a 4th line option. Also happy that the Flames MIGHT give some of the farm guys a chance for those spots.

I wonder about his head. I can see a Ferland sort of situation happening as he didn't seem so healthy after the beatdown. I think a month or so later he had a minor collision and it laid him out again.
