It was my birthday yesterday and I’m going on a roadtrip today to propose to my girlfriend tomorrow morning so I’m thinking something special should happen for this game. Double digits would work, Flames 10, wings 0.

Last game before the deadline. Some players walking on eggshells. Opponent is the worst in the league.

Seems like a recipe for disaster.

So of course the Flames will win in a laugher. Treliving to be seen in a straight jacket afterwards.

What could possibly go wrong?

Flames playing the team to be earliest eliminated since some time in the 1990s.

Need to (at least!) keep pace with other teams.

"Must win"

Have two goalies who can (mostly) play well.

Can run up the score from time to time.


So is it 6-1 or 1-6?

Once again, no idea what to expect from this team.

It does have a trap game feel but this team can’t afford to drop those anymore.

If the rumors get loud it could distract this team and cost them the game.
