Brodie, Quine, Robinson, Rinaldo, ?Stone? ...Stone depends on how the rest of the team shapes up. Not bad as a #7. Not sure he wants that position but not sure he has a choice since he didn't have much interest from other teams this past season.
Probably Talbot too. I'm not so sure he wants to be #1b or #2. He has shown some good stuff this year and may get somebody to take a chance on him to be #1a or maybe he'll find a situation where he gets more games than he did this year.
Jankowski, Zagidulin, Gawdin, Parson, Kylington, Mangiapne

Talbot, maybe Brodie.
EDIT:
As for RFAs, depends on who they sign from the European prospect pool. Do they sign Lindstrom or Svenningson or long shot Nikolaev?
Definitely sign Parsons and Zagidulin
Or maybe Petterson signs.

Without knowing the term and AAV, hard to comment on the UFA’s.

Like to keep Brodie, but i think he has priced himself out of Calgary. Talbot probably will be trying to see if he can get a starting job some where. Mangiapane and Kylington will be qualified. The rest I don't really care about.

if the money makes sense, I would resign everyone on the Flames except for these players:
Hamonic - would prefer to trade him for a F
Czarnik - unless he wants to play in the AHL
Rieder - give someone else that spot
Stone - unless he is okay with the same deal as this year
I don't know enough about our Heat players so am indifferent...but would try to keep all the goalies just because.

UFA
Brodie try to get him for a 5-year term
Hamonic
Talbot see if he will extend for another 2 years
Czarnik
Quine
Robinson
Rieder
Rinaldo these three are all serviceable 4th liners or press-box sitters
Stone
Davidson good D depth on the farm
Froese
RFA
Jankowski
Zagidulin
Gawdin could challenge for a bottom 6 spot next year
Parsons should be in the AHL next year
Gillies
Kylington yes, but we need to offload a LHD
Mangiapane yes, try for a 4 year term
Lomberg great depth and a leader on the farm
Kirkland ditto
Valiev
Nielsen
Schneider

Brodie really needs to be kept. He's already been better than Giordano this season, the divide could be even greater next year.
There's definitely some down parts of his game but his resurgence puts him in the category of ond of the most underrated top3 (top2??) pairing dmen in the league.

I suspect Stone would be happy to sign for the same. He's settled in Calgary with his Calgarian wife, he's not going to get a fat contract anywhere else.
If you can't get a trade for Hamonic that you like (which I'm totally down for), I think you try and re-sign him for a contract at or below his current level. I think he's still got game.

I've said it before about Talbot but I have a feeling he's the guy in net for some W's during the playoffs.

It would be dumb of us to not extend Brodie.
Talbot should also get some consideration. He and Rittich are a good tandem.

Brodie should be #1. Losing a top pairing guy would be devestating to the backend, especially since Gio will be 38 next season and he should be looking to ''pass the mantle'' at some point soon.
I really think that his 2 poor seasons under GG were the anomalies and not the norm. In the seasons since GG left, he has been back to trending upwards like he was before. His giveaways are few and far in between and he's got a good enough skillset that he will age quite well. He's also been a loyal Flame over the years and seems like a great dude to have around.

Why would anyone want to move Michael Stone? I don't get it.

I would try to keep Brodie but it totally depends on his asking price. I’m not sure he’s willing to play ball with all the smoke around him being trade bait before Gio’s injury. I see him going to UFA for more than the Flames can offer.
I might hold on to Rinaldo and Stone as depth options. If Talbot is willing to sign another short-term deal for around the same dollars as he makes now I’d have no problem with that. Mangiapane’s value is a hard one to get a read on, but for $2 million or so, sure.
Jankowski and Hamonic can get lost, those are deals we would regret right away. The rest, meh.

I understand he doesn't make much salary wise but he's been absolutely dreadful every game I've seen him playing in. Maybe that's just me?

Nope, me too. He has been just standing there poking his stick out while guys skate around him a lot of the time. He was good the first two games on the trip, and sagged a lot the last two (including last night).

I wouldn't , but also won't be surprised if Stone moves on his own at the end of the year. With Giordano and Hamonic out, he's doing a pretty good job proving he can play more regularly than he has to date. He might get an opportunity to sign with Vegas, play with his brother, and be more of regular contributor.
