Talbot at 92.4% on the season?
Only 20 games, but I think it's been over a decade since any Flames goalie had a save percentage over 92% (although Kipper was 92.0% twice).
The astonishing thing is that he doesn't have a winning record despite providing that average percentage.
Flames really have not taken advantage of his play as much as they could be.
I'll give credit tonight though, they came up big at the other end.
Also, reading the ATL...Oilers fans have a really weird obsession with claiming various people they don't like do various sexual acts while they watch the Flames (their obsession with Hrudey) is so classless...but typical of them. And they just can't seem to figure out why everyone else thinks they are one of the most disliked fan bases in sports.
When Mark Jankowski is on, he's such an effective player. If he can play like this with a bit more consistency, he'll be a Flame for a long long time.

Yeah, the oblivious-ness slash lack of self awareness is all a part of the No Good package.
They're continually performing circus acts while not realizing they're a part of one. And that's half the fascination with the E=NG threads.
They're just always good for another can't look away from trainwreck on the horizon. And they just have no interest in looking in the mirror at themselves but for complete adoration.
About as self aware as when Trump said the UN laughed with him...... on a daily basis.

It’s really surprising that Troy Terry only has 12 points in ~40 games this year. He was all over the place tonight.
Would have like to see the Flames make it a little easier on Talbot in the third but he definitely earned the SO. Not a lot of inside chances, but several great saves.
Still laughing a little bit when Monahan made that one good defensive play and everyone in the GT was showering praise on him. Only reason he had to make the play was because of two incredibly poor giveaways prior. He looked better tonight, and even when he’s good he doesn’t look engaged, but he could still stand to get involved a little more. Hard to hate anyone in a 6-0 win though.

Terry was +-0 with 9 SOG tonight. Not bad when you team loses 6-0 and doesn’t give up any PP goals.
My only concern is that only one of those goals came from the defense. But with two of the top-four out, that's more palatable. I do think Brodie needs to provide more offense, though. He's been awesome defensively but he can do more in the o-zone.

The sweet smell of roast duck in the morning.
This flames roller coaster is really starting to make me feel sick, can we just have a little bit of consitency in the winning department.
I'm so excited to be attending Tyler Toffoli's Flames debut this Saturday against Chicago.
If I say it enough it has to come true!
